FERAL CHICKENS

Many Homeowners have expressed their concerns regarding the influx of chickens within the boundaries of the West Loch Fairways Neighborhood.  We are aware of this issue and are currently in process of getting proposals for their removal.  We will post updates as things progress.

We ask all Homeowners to make this a community effort.  Please do not put food out for the chickens.  Don’t allow them to establish a “routine” near your homes.  You are welcome to trap them and contact the Humane Society to pick them up, but we are not asking any one to go out of their way to do so. While this may only alleviate the problem momentarily, it should give a sense of relief and reassurance that we are all trying to deal with chickens.  These chickens are not only an Association nuisance, but an Ewa Community nuisance.  We thank you for your understanding and continuing patience!

AIPOOLA STREET 

For those living on Aipoola Street, we are aware of the property with the unsightly yard and continuous garage/yard sale.  We are aware of this property and will continue to monitor the progress.  Due to confidentiality we are unable to discuss the actions being taken with any property, therefore, we will not provide any information on the actions being taken or provide any follow ups regarding the progress of this property.  We have allotted some time for progress and are currently taking the necessary steps to enforce the DCCR’s “Covenants” and “Fine Procedures” accordingly.  We appreciate everyone patience and understanding.

STREET PARKING

Parking on all C&C streets are regulated by HPD.  If you see a car parked on the street that has an expired safety sticker, registration or both……..Call HPD.  They will come out and tow the car.  If you see a car that hasn’t moved in a while and has current tags, submit it to C&C as an abandoned vehicle.  You can either use the 311 app or click here.  You can also report the following C&C problems using these:  pot holes/illegal dumping/tree maintenance/light poles/street signs/other.

INSPECTION NOTICE

During the month of July, I will be conducting inspections for:

HOUSE PAINT

There are currently 12 colors listed on the Authorized Exterior House Paint Colors document found on the Design Review Page of our website.  Note that all homes in West Loch Fairways use the color “STREAM” as the trim color.  If you are planning to change the Exterior color of your house, then a design review application is required.

Color schemes are available online for viewing ONLY (www.westlochfairways.org).  We do not have paint swatches to lend out.  Actual color chips are in my office for viewing.

MAILBOXES    

(fading/rusting/broken/etc.)

Please be attentive to the exterior appearance of your property.  Letters will be mailed to properties not in compliance during the month of July.
