Every Association member benefits from the Design Review process. Its purpose is to help maintain, protect and enhance property values. It is the member’s obligation to understand Design Review policies and to follow the Design Review process established in Exhibit E of the DCC&Rs. The basic rule of thumb being if one intends to make an improvement to the exterior of their Lot that, that improvement would normally require the approval of the West Loch Fairways Association’s Design Review Committee before constructing the improvement.
